Journals
TCGCC is the first in IEEE ComSoc to creatively build close collaboration between well-established journals and technical committee! This is win-win-win collaboration to increase journals visibility, technical committee activities, and members career development.
We are establishing strategic collaboration with journals to dramatically increase the impact of TCGCC as well as the visibility of journals; and promote our members’ career development. The collaboration includes:
- recommend editors from TCGCC to the journals every year, as appropriate
- prepare for special issue proposals on state-of-the-art topics
- organize joint seminars that are open for all
- issuing TCGCC and the journal joint awards
We are now inviting the nominations of editors for journals for the year of 2021. In particular, we are calling for nominations for editors for six journals: IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking; Digital Communications and Networks; IEEE Systems Journal, IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society, IEEE Networking Letters and China Communications. Nominations will be solicited from the TCGCC members annually, as appropriate.
